- Remember you are purchasing handmade items, and therefore you will have slight variations, and/or imperfections that come with handmade
- If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the creation, we will work on making it right.
- You have 3-5 business days from the date of purchase to send us an email so we can begin the process.
- Once the process has begun and approved, you will send the product back to us at your own cost.
- Then we will work on amending your product.

- You have 3-5 business days from the date of purchase to send the product back to us, at your own cost.
- Don't forget to fill the paperwork that will come with your order so we understand what the problem was.
- Once we receive your product and email will be sent to let you know of arrival, and processing of your return
- Unfortunately, because they are only one of these products, READY TO SHIP ITEMS, can only process a return of your money as a store credit.
