Returns

For Ready to Ship, and Ecuador Handmade Items

  • Remember you are purchasing Handmade, and therefore you will have slight variations, and/or imperfections.

  • If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order. Please complete the form that came with your purchase!

  • To be eligible for a return, your product must be the same way as it was shipped, no dirt, no stretch, or marks. The product must be in its original package.

  • You have 3-5 business days from the date of purchase to send the product back to us, at your own cost.

  • Don't forget to fill the paperwork that will come with your order so we understand what the problem was.

  • Once we receive your product an email will be sent to let you know of its arrival and the processing of your return will begin.

  • At this time, I can only process a return of your money as a store credit. 

For Custom Handmade 

  • Remember you are purchasing Handmade, and therefore you will have slight variations, and/or imperfections.

  • There are no returns or exchanges on the products made thru Custom Handmade. 

  • Do not forget Custom orders take time, there is a lot of investing put thru to make sure I use as many if not all of the information you have given me. 

 

Shipping Policy

How It Works

For Ready to Ship

Items it can take me 2-5 Business days, to wrap, create a shipping label and then take it to the post office, Once I have sent the item and depending on the carrier you will receive an email with your tracking number if it was giving to me.

 

For Custom Order

 

You will have contact with me from the moment you fill the custom order form out until the very end, times in this items vary depending on what they are, their due dates, and if I have gotten to redo/reworked or change something. Once you the custom order customer agrees with the design, then we will proceed with packaging, Shipping label, and post office delivery, then you will receive an email with the information if a tracking number was given I will give you this as well
